Baked salmon with celery

Baked celery, hmm? Worth a try, I think.

Cooking Without Limits

Baked salmon with celery

Crazy thing happened a few days back. I went to the market to buy leeks to make a cream soup and I got home with celery. I did not even realize what I was buying. I thought it is what I needed. So, I had to improvise because I never made a soup with celery. So I made salmon with celery.

I can tell you that I love the taste of bake celery. I always had it raw. Do you make mistakes like me at the market? What do you cook after that?

Ingredients:

  • Salmon
  • Celery
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper

Directions:

Preheat oven at 400°F or 200°C. Put the salmon on a tray. Add salt, pepper and lemon juice on top of it. Cut the celery and put pieces on the salmon.

Cover the tray and bake it for 8-10 minutes.

Enjoy!
