QOTW – Does Meditation Help You?

Does meditation help you_

For me, absolutely. I feel calm, centered, and clear. What might change is how long it takes to get there, based on what’s happening in my life. Sometimes I end my meditation in a totally relaxed state. Other times I am recharged and bouncing with excitement. I always feel better after meditation.

Meditation is always combined with Reiki for me, which I know makes meditation more relaxing. I didn’t meditate much, if at all, before I learned Reiki, so I can’t say for sure how much more effective meditation is with Reiki. I’m curious about advanced meditators who incorporate Reiki after years of meditating without it. Hmm. Maybe we’ll have some here who can illuminate with their experience.
