I’m doing my custom Yoga routine, which stretches my shoulders, neck, and upper thighs, daily unless I get too sidetracked. The dog and I walk every few days to get the mail and take out the trash. I hope we’ll return to our 20 minute daily walks soon. Then there’s the stepper, which I use once or twice a week. Yesterday I did close to 600 steps in 15 minutes. I feel good!
