Gina’s answer to this question from her Reiki I class, way back in 2006, is two answers. We all know how much she likes and better than or. Her top two memories from the class were:

1. Finding out how easy self-Reiki is.
2. The disk (remember, it was 2006! We used floppies) Cyhndi (her teacher) gave her to print out pages and pages of interesting information about Reiki. She still has those pages in her Reiki notebook. If you’ve taken an in-person class with The Reiki Cafe, you’ve seen the green binder she carries them in.

Nina says that her favorite part of Reiki I was taking the class with her cousin and the fascinating revelations Reiki brought while the class shared their attunement experiences and what brought them to Reiki in the first place.
